Terms & Conditions

Kindly secure your date/time early as availability is based on first come first served basis. Payment is required to secure the booking.
Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the reservation date/s without notification.
Payment/s made will be forfeited for late comers (15mins) & no-show.
Payment/s made will be forfeited for all cancellation & changes made is less that 2 months (for all Appointments) and 2 working days (Hair Services or Casual Henna) from booking date.
All payment made are non refundable.
