Lost/Stolen or Misaddressed Packages

SyraSkins will not be responsible for lost/stolen or misaddressed packages. If you have provided us with the wrong address, you would responsible for the additional shipping charges incurred to re-ship your package.

Do note that the shipping cost is based on the actual weight or volumetric weight - whichever is greater. Volumetric weight is the size of the actual box in which the merchant packs your purchase, not the products themselves. The price for the shipping rates provided may be different than the actual charges for your shipment. Differences may occur based on actual weight, dimensions, currency conversion rate and other factors.
International Shipping
SyraSkins delivers worldwide. We will always strive to deliver your parcel as soon as we can, within the stipulated timeframe.
However, please consider that delivery times for overseas parcels may take longer due to the long-distance travel required. Additionally, during festive seasons, huge online campaigns and sales periods, we foresee a spike in volume which may cause brief delays to the delivery time as well.
Delays in parcel delivery could be due to various reasons such as:
  • Force majeure events like natural disasters and inclement weather conditions
  • Customs clearance complications
  • Peak periods with high sales volume

Custom Duties
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel as we have no control over these charges, and are not able to tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary.
**Delay in International Shipments
Covid-19 has impacted in the movement of goods as countries implement additional border controls on international travel. As a result, airlines have reduced international services & air freight capacity to and from Singapore to all international destinations. Please note that shipments to and from overseas will result in delays, as we work around the clock with our partners.
